DEPOSITS
  • We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to secure your housekeeping camp reservation.
  • We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure your guided hunt reservation.
  • Deposits may be rreapplied within current season if guest cancels and camp can be re-rented or hunt rebooked. If camp can not be re-rented or hunt rebooked, deposit is forfeited. Likewise, your deposit guarantees the camp and guide will be available for your stay.

PARKING
  • We ask that vehicles park in the parking area at the top of the hill. This is to keep noise and dust (and mud during wet weather!) to a minimum for all our guests. Feel free to unload your gear at your camp at your leisure. We make exceptions to our parking request for guests that have difficulty walking back and forth up the hill.

PETS
  • We are dog friendly! We have our own German shorthaired pointers and they are people friendly! We ask of you only what we practice ourselves
  • Please clean up after your dog. There is usually a shovel up by the game pole near the lodge
  • Keep your dog quiet and well watered (especially during hot weather).
  • Keep dogs under your control (which may require a leash). We can provide a tie-out for dogs left under your watchful eye or a crate if you'd like to leave your dog at the lodge for the day.
WATER USE
  • Help us practice water and resource conservation. Make sure water is shut off tightly in your camp, keep showers to a minimum, and reuse towels if you can. Bedding will be changed weekly if you are here for a prolonged stay.
  • Should you require more towels or clean sheets at any time, we will happily provide more. Simply bring your used towels or sheets to the lodge and we will give you fresh ones.

COMMUNICATION SERVICES
  • We have a telephone, email, and internet service available in the lodge and don't mind if guests utilize them if needed.

SAFE BOATING
  • We check that each boat and motor is in good, serviceable condition before they are rented. We provide paddles, life jackets, and throw cushions. Tight turns and wave jumping can be dangerous although the motors are small and of little horsepower. No more than four passengers to a boat please. Watch for swimmers when leaving from and returning to the docks and please, leave your boat as clean as when you found it for the next guest who uses it.

SWIMMING
  • All children under the age of 16, or anyone who is not a strong swimmer, should have an adult spotter on shore. Throw cushions are located in the Òboat houseÓ cabin across from the docks in case they are needed by a tired swimmer. They are quickly accessed by reaching through the window. Swimmers should be aware of boats coming and going from docks by moving away from docking area when necessary. Remember, boats have the right of way at the docks.

GIFTS & TACKLE
  • The lodge has a small fishing tackle and gift shop. Gift items are displayed in the dining room. In addition to the flies displayed we have other fishing tackle we can show you if requested.

OOPS, I FORGOT...
  • If you forgot to pack something, please, let us know. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible so please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything! Chances are, if you don't have it, we probably do - and if we don't, we know where to find it!
